Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Cashier Check/Money Order.

After we have received the payment, we will undergo a fraud check to ensure validity of the credit card, which may take up to 48 hours to complete.  Once that process is done, we will send out the items (exception of weekend and holidays). We will send the package using the shipping method you choose. Then we will email you a tracking number for you to track your package online or over the phone.

All of the prices listed on our web-site are in US dollars and do not include the mailing charges, unless otherwise stated.

All items are checked to be in proper working condition before sending out.


Shipping Information

All product will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from time of payment, unless otherwise stated.  All products will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

Other Information:
We don't ship on Holidays. If you get your package a day or two late, we will not refunds shipping charges.


Refund Information

All product
are eligible for Refund/Exchange within 14 days of receiving package.

All refunds are subject to 20% Restocking Fee


Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage on bulbs
Bulbs are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of the purchase. Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation, shipping or handling.

Warranty coverage on ballast
Ballasts and igniters are covered by the warranty for a period of one(1) year from the purchase date.

Exclusions
Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. Xenon-Vision will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Xenon-Vision product.

Repair or Replacement
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalade. The returned product will be inspected by the Xenon-Vision. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at Xenon-Vision. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty.

Packaging & Invoice

In order for your warranty to be valid, you need to save the original packaging of the HID Kit/Bulb packaging along with your invoice stating the date of purchase.  If you don't have a copy of the printed invoice or copy of the email invoice, we will honor the warranty if we have your order on file.  If you only have the invoice and not the packaging, your warranty will be determine by our inspection department. Please keep your packaging since it is required for warranty exchange.

All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted promptly with a resolution.

How do I send the payment? / How can I make an order?
You may send payment by cashier check/money order, use your credit card through our shopping cart or Paypal.com, if you wish to phone in your order, you mall call our toll free 800 number to place your order over the phone.  You can make an order by clicking add item and use  the checkout when you are done shopping.

Do you ship to unconfirmed address using PayPal?
No


Do you ship to different address besides the credit card billing address?
No, We only ship to the credit card billing address to prevent fraud.  If you need the product shipped to a different address, you can call your credit card company to add a secondary address.

Do you accept COD or Credit Cards?
We do not accept COD. We do accept Credit Card.

Do you accept US dollars only or do you accept other currency?
We accept US currency only and our site only show the prices in USD only.


Do you sell to separate customers or you do wholesale only?
Our main business is retailing but we also do wholesale, please email

We use UPS/USPS to ship our products to customers.

Yes, we are currently shipping aboard at this time to all continent using USPS Express International Mail.

What are the shipping methods?
The methods are as follow:

USPS Piority Mail: (US only) (takes 2-3 days)
UPS Ground: (US only) (takes 1 to 5 days)

Will I receive a tracking number when the order is shipped?
